Michael Sason, Chief Executive Officer
Michael is a seasoned professional and the Chief Executive Officer of Wichita National Life Insurance Company. He has a deep insight into the insurance industry and has an aptitude for strategic leadership. As the CEO of WNLIC, Michael focuses on enhancing customer service, increasing financial security for the customers, and maximising operational efficiency. Michael is passionate about building and managing teams as well as unlocking maximum potential in all areas of the business.
Matt Davis, Chief Operating Officer
Matt has been in the financial services industry for 17 years. In his previous roles as VP, Life Operations and VP, Shared Services at Ohio National Financial Services and Augustar Financial, he leveraged his extensive knowledge and experience while managing the operational functions of the life insurance and annuity operations. Matt’s expertise includes distribution management, compensation, new business, inforce administration, customer service, and claims. Matt holds a BA in Finance, and MBA from Miami University.
Therese Rothenberger, Chief Distribution Officer
Therese brings 30 years of leadership experience in insurance sales and distribution, with a reputation for decisive execution, strong industry relationships, and a relentless drive to build high-performing teams and execute growth strategies. Her energy, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking approach fuel her passion for creating long-term, productive partnerships. At Wichita National, she focuses on expanding market reach, deepening strategic relationships, and elevating the company’s presence across the annuity brokerage landscape.
